The schedule
- Full-time position.
- On site in Austin, TX.
What you will do
- Responsibilities
- ● Build and maintain a target account list for each representative, covering hospitals, EAPs, and treatment centers that fit our programs and payer mix.
- ● Design weekly service routes for each representative across Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, and adjust them monthly toward the accounts that produce referrals and admissions.
- ● Manage and coach both representatives through weekly one-on-ones, a weekly pipeline review, and regular ride-a longs.
- ● Hold the team to its monthly activity standards and verify visits, calls and emails, and new relationships in Pipedrive.
- ● Own Pipedrive data quality for the team: visits logged the same day, a referral source on every deal, and a monthly sales report by rep and by account.
- ● Manage senior relationships with high-value accounts such as health system case management leadership, EAP account teams, and treatment center executives.
- ● Work with admissions and revenue operations to define what counts as a qualified referral and to keep referral handoffs to the admissions lines clean.
- ● Plan and manage the organization-level marketing print budget and keep brochures and business cards current and on brand for each market.
- ● Review and approve Ramp spending for the team each month.
- ● Make sure the team follows Nova's referral-practice, gift, and privacy policies.
- ● Report monthly to the CEO on admissions, activity, cost per admission, and account growth.
- How Success Is Measured
- ● 10 admissions per month per representative (20 per month with the current team)
- ● Both representatives meeting their monthly activity standards
- ● Complete and timely Pipedrive records for the team
- ● Program cost per admission
- ● Growth in the number of accounts that refer each month
- Tools Provided
- Company email, office and admissions tracking lines, a Pipedrive login, and a Ramp card for approved business expenses.
- Compliance
- Compensation for this role is not tied to the number of referrals or admissions, or to amounts billed or collected. Team members follow Nova's referral-practice, gift, and privacy policies, keep gifts to referral-account staff nominal, log all gifts in Ramp by account, and respect each account's own gift and vendor policies.
- This description covers the main duties of the role and is not a complete list. Duties may change as the program grows. Employment is at will.

Preferred, not required
If you hold the credential and the rest is thin, apply anyway. The preferred list is what we would like, not a filter we run.
Where you would work
Austin — Old Oaks, Wimberley, Austin, TX 78676. On site, and worth saying plainly: this is a Briarwood Detox Center campus rather than a Briarwood building, so the photographs elsewhere on this site are not of it.
Before you click apply
The application runs in Proliant and asks for everything in one sitting: resume first, then your details, then two previous employers with dates, supervisor names and supervisor phone numbers, then two references with contact details, then a background-check consent. It does not save partway through.
Twenty minutes at a desk with those to hand. If it defeats you, call (512) 213-4304 and ask for HR rather than giving up.
